Shipping and Orders

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days from the time your order ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on all orders of 50 dollars or more. Orders under that threshold have a flat standard shipping rate at checkout.

Where is my order? Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. If it hasn't arrived within 21 business days, reach out to us at contact@dorvari.com and we'll look into it right away.

Returns and Refunds

My item arrived damaged or wrong, what do I do? Email us at contact@dorvari.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

How do the magnetic lashes work? Our magnetic eyelashes apply with no glue needed, the magnets hold the lash naturally along the lash line for a secure, comfortable fit that lasts all day.

Is the eyelash curler safe to use daily? Yes, the electric heated curler is designed for gentle, everyday use. Start on the lowest heat setting if you have sensitive eyes.

Is the brow soap and gel safe for sensitive skin? Our brow soap and gel uses a gentle, buildable formula. As with any new beauty product, we recommend a small patch test first if you have particularly sensitive skin.

Can I use the skincare fridge for makeup too? Absolutely, it's great for keeping skincare, serums, sheet masks, and even some makeup products cool and fresh.
